Groups provide a safe and nurturing space where individuals facing similar challenges can come together to share experiences, offer mutual support, and exchange valuable insights.

In addition to offering individual therapy, Beth facilitates a monthly group for women in midlife called Next Chapter that meets once a week on Sundays. She also facilitates meditation and journaling workshops.
