Navigating Midlife, Perimenopause & Menopause

Perimenopause and Menopause can bring about a host of changes - physically, emotionally, and mentally - that leave many women feeling like they’re in uncharted territory. From the unpredictable onset of hot flashes, anxiety, brain fog and forgetfulness to the rollercoaster of mood swings, menopause can manifest in a myriad of ways, causing you to feel like you’re living in a body and mind that you no longer recognize.

In the midst of these changes, it's not uncommon to find yourself questioning, "Who am I?" as you grapple with behaviors and emotions that seem unfamiliar and out of character. If this sounds like you, and you’ve been feeling confused, frustrated, or isolated, know that you aren’t alone and it’s not all in your head. It’s just menopause!  Although menopause is real, it doesn’t have to be your undoing. Your hormones no longer need to steal the spotlight.

Perimenopause & Menopause Package

I am currently offering a Perimenopause & Menopause Package which includes three, 50-minute sessions aimed at providing you with personalized guidance and tools to address your symptoms and reclaim your sense of well-being. Instead of a midlife crisis, this is a chance to have a midlife reset to recalibrate and make sure you are living your best life confidently. It’s time to take back your power!

This package is $300 for the three, 50-minute sessions. You then have the option to continue therapy at the regular price of $150 per session.
